Working with Alpha Tech India, A Leading Financial Services Firm designed a standardised conference room architecture based on the HP Poly Studio X50 for medium rooms (8–12 seats) and Poly Studio X30 for huddle spaces (2–6 seats). All rooms were provisioned natively on Microsoft Teams Rooms — no separate PC required.

FIPS 140-2 validated encryption, trusted platform module (TPM), and secure boot ensure compliance with financial sector data security requirements.
Total deployment completed in 10 weeks, including MS Teams Rooms provisioning, network configuration, and end-user training for 500 staff.
